How it works?

  1. Choose your desired travel service from the list of options.  You can find the detailed description of our services further down below at the end of the page.
  2. Complete the booking form. Please indicate your special wishes in the booking form.
  3. We will get back to you within 48 hours and we may ask some follow-up questions or have a quick phone call to fully understand your needs before accepting your request.
  4. Once we are sure that our expertise aligns with your wishes, we will confirm your booking and send you the payment link. If you have a coupon code, remember to apply it at cart or checkout page.

Once we have received your payment we will:

  1. Send you a confirmation email with further details to start working on your desired service.
  2. Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your request.
  3. You can get excited for your upcoming adventure!
  4. Remember to send us happy holiday pictures!

Travel Consultation Session

Book a private travel consultation with us, and we’ll equip you with the expert insights, tips, and resources to elevate your upcoming travel experience.

We won’t be booking flights or making any hotel/activity reservations. Instead, consider it a relaxed yet professional opportunity to gain clarity, tips, and direction for your travel plans.

– You’re feeling stuck with your itinerary and require expert guidance to get it just right.
– You’re dreaming of an adventure but don’t know where to start.

What you’ll get:
This service is to complement your efforts in creating the perfect itinerary that you need assistance with (e.g. a day in the itinerary). This isn’t a full itinerary planning or booking service; rather, it’s a personalized conversation aimed at guiding you in the right direction. You will get:

– A 45-minute consulting call to thoroughly discuss your questions and travel plans.
– Tailored advice specific to your inquiries and circumstances.

Consultation Service Fee:
– One 45-Minute Consulting Session – 50,- EUR
– Up to three 45-minute consultation is – 120,- EUR (valid for 6 months).

If you decide to book your travel with us, the fee will be deducted from your total.

The session fee is non-refundable unless we need to cancel the appointment.

 

Accommodation or Activity Research Service

Let us help you find the perfect accommodation or activity that fits your budget and interests! This service includes:

– Optional 15-minute consultation
– Up to 5 or 10 accommodation (hotel/villa/Airbnb etc.)  or must-do activity options (based on what you’re looking for) with direct booking links. Turnaround time 3-7 business days.

Accommodation/Activity Consulting Service Fee:
– Up to 5 accommodation or activity options (bundle of 5 options in total) – 80,- EUR
– Up to 10 accommodation or activity options (bundle of 10 options in total) – 150,- EUR

 

The Complete Itinerary Building Service

Our travel planning service covers the majority of your travel planning process! From accommodations to activities to restaurants, transportation and so much more! With this package, we help you create a comprehensive and easy-to-follow daily guide.

Let us build a fully customized itinerary based on your interests, abilities, budget and time frame so that you can save time when preparing for your trip!

This service includes:
– Optional 45-minute consultation or one round of itinerary review for trip durations of 3-8 days.
– Personalized day-to-day trip itinerary with direct booking links to your desired accommodation (up to 6 options),  unique activities (up to 8 options), and restaurants/local eateries (up to 10 options).
– Booking assistance (optional and only if applicable)​
– Pre-Departure Tips (incl. health, visa, and any other required resources)

Custom Trip Planning Service Fee:
– 1 day itinerary building – 80,- EUR
– 2 day itinerary building – 160,- EUR
– 3-4 day itinerary building – 240 EUR
– 5-8 day itinerary building – 450 EUR

The itinerary building service is based on a 1 to 8-day trip for up to 4 people (including kids from age 2+) on the same itinerary.

What you should know before booking a service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book any of the services listed above.
  • We recommend booking the service of your choice latest by 45 days prior to the first date of your trip date.
  • In some cases we may accept last minute service requests, which may be subject to an additional fee of 50,-EUR.
  • You are responsible for booking your flight, accommodations, travel insurance, activities, transportation etc.
  • If you are traveling with a group of more than 4 people (including kids from age 2+), an additional fee will be requested depending on the group size and trip duration. In such a case, we recommend our custom trip booking services where we take care of everything.
  • The one-to-one consultation service fee is deductible from your cost of travel if you decide to proceed with us.
  • We reserve the right to decline your request and issue a refund.
