Note: The terms below are applicable to our group departure trips. For private/self-guided trips and event packages, the special terms of the corresponding trip apply (as published on the trip page, or as agreed individually in your confirmation invoice).
Deposit: In order to secure your spot on one of our unique tours, unless otherwise stated on the trip page, 30 % of the total tour price is required upon receipt of the booking confirmation and the security note. The deposit is non-refundable.
Balance: The payment balance of the total tour price will be due as soon as we confirm reaching the minimum number of participants, however latest 31 days prior to the start of the tour.
Bookings made within the last 31 days prior to the scheduled tour start date, the full price is due and payable immediately once we send you a corresponding confirmation and the security note.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the tour start date, your deposit forfeit. If you cancel between 31-59 days before the tour start date, 80% of the total tour price forfeit. If you cancel between 15-30 days before the tour start date, 90% of the total tour price forfeit. For cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour start date, the balance is non-refundable. A 250,00 EUR administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations up to 60 days before scheduled tour start in addition to the deposit. We will deduct the cancellation charge from any monies you have already paid to us.
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
